Absolutely horrible customer service etiquette. After the massage was finished and I had already paid and left a tip, the staff asked me for **an additional tip** because they felt I “didn’t tip enough.” I have never experienced anything like that anywhere. Tipping is **optional** and meant to reflect service that is excellent and above and beyond. Pressuring customers after the service is done is extremely unprofessional and honestly felt like harassment. If the business believes the service should cost more, then **raise your prices**. Don’t put customers in an uncomfortable position by demanding more money after the transaction is already complete. Unfortunately, this completely ruined the experience and I won’t be returning.

Came to this place with upper back problems, I had an excellent experience with service and technique used by the Lady who took care of me. Front desk lady was very accommodating and patience. I will definitely recommend this place. My back feels a lot better now and feel so relax. Thank you!

I’ve been a regular customer here for a long time, but the service has become completely unreliable. I’ve booked appointments several times over the phone, only to show up and be told everyone is busy and they can’t take me. This has happened more than once over different visits. It honestly feels like they don’t care about regular customers anymore. Very poor scheduling, zero accountability, and no respect for people’s time. I won’t be coming back.

Edit- Haha, are you sure about the below details. I tipped 10$ at the reception even before the massage was being done. And after the massage you forced to pay more 10$. You cannot wash your hands off your wrongdoing by saying that the customer asked for HJ, you knew I didn’t ask for anything like that. LIARS!! Disappointing. Such a rude owner and masseur. Just worried about tips, nothing else. The experience at the reception itself was negative when you don’t tip according to their whims and fancies. Starting range is 25% and get angry if you put any less. Starting speaking and mocking something in Mandarin. Massage room and beds not very clean. Smells something. I recently booked a couple's massage for my husband and me. Due to credit limitations on my class pass, I could only book a 45-minute session for my husband. Upon checking in, the staff escorted us to the treatment room without explaining the procedure. Unbeknownst to us, they began speaking in Mandarin, making disparaging comments about us. I overheard them saying: "What's wrong with these people?" "Are they psycho? They can't even pay extra 15 minutes?" They continued their unprofessional conversation for 5-10 minutes. I confronted them about their behavior, but they denied any wrongdoing. Feeling uncomfortable and uneasy, I decided to leave. Receiving a massage from staff who had already demonstrated unprofessionalism and disrespect was unacceptable to me.
