Harmons Pharmacy - Holladay

Normally this location is great, but I made three appointments to get flu shots. I had them booked but was told to call back to check on the stock of flu shots. When I called back I got transferred four times and got told at first "yes, we have the flu shots but two are higher end and one is lower end." When I asked to confirm the appointments I got the run around. I got told at first, "you need to go online to book." Yet I booked over the phone. "you have to come into the store to check the appointments" 2nd person, "we don't have any flu shots" So conflicting information. Transferred again and was told can't get into that system. Transferred again and was told, "No flu shots at all" conflicting information and no appointments were booked. So straight up lied too.

Out of all the pharmacies I’ve ever been to (including other Harmon’s branches), the team here is on another level. You all are efficient, thoughtful, patient, and proactive in your processes. After I moved, I continued to refill here for 2 more years and would take the extra 30 min drive just to pick up my prescriptions. For practical reasons, I go to the Harmon’s that’s only 5 min away now lol but it’s not the same. The one I go to isn’t terrible, but they’re definitely not the Holladay team! I had to leave this review to let you know I miss and appreciate you. You all are amazing.

Put me on hold for 15 mins with no music or explanation, only to tell me to switch my prescription to a different Walgreens because they don’t have enough of the prescription to give out.

Rating 0s until Kaitlyn (manager) from 7th street is reprimanded. I don’t have to disclose my disability under federal law, which you’ve already broke. My Boston terrier jumps on me when he senses me have a seizure so I can sit and take my emergency medicine. Instead you Rushed me out the store and I had a seizure my daddy’s pizza. You should be sued.

Absolutely the best pharmacy I have used! They are fast and efficient, especially when you need a prescription filled immediately.
