Harlem VistaSite Eye Care

Came in here with my parents and we all got taken care of very well and had our eye exams taken. They had a wide variety of glasses to choose from and basically handed me every pair I wanted to try out. They gave good advice on which lens I should choose and am very pleased with the results. Would come again.

Dr. Preet at Vistasite Eye Care is great. She’s very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and really takes her time explaining things. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I understood everything about my eye care. The staff was friendly and the whole visit was smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend her.

Fantastic service! Everyone, from the receptionist to the doctor to the office manager, were phenomenal! They took the time to explain everything to me: why I needed the types of lenses I did, which glasses look best one me, the way my insurance works. I 100% recommend this office and will be going for all future vision needs!

Nice people at the beginning helped with a issue with my insurance. 3 stars because of the unprofessional assistance when I got my eyeglasses todsy. The woman started helping someone else before I put them on. She gave me an eye glass holder the soft case and no cloth. I feel if the glasses cost over 325 dollars which I know is an uncharged because my insurance covered it and I didnt want to get an more expensive pair I should get a microfiber cleaner and a "do the glasses feel alright" just got "here sign this and date" and thats it.

Be very careful with billing transparency at this office! We scheduled a routine eye exam and provided vision insurance. During the visit, retinal imaging was recommended and we were explicitly told that if it was done that day, it would be covered under the routine vision exam. After the exam was completed, we were informed that the visit was billed as a medical exam, resulting in unexpected out-of-pocket charges due to our medical deductible. Medical insurance was not discussed or verified until after the visit. Only after requesting further information did we receive the billing and diagnosis codes used to justify medical billing. None of the documented diagnoses were discussed with the patient during the exam, nor was it explained that a medical condition was being evaluated or that
