Harlem Vision Center

Since 3 to 4 weeks I am trying to get my contact lenses number but haven't got it yet, just giving me run around with bad attitude. Today I was at the place they didn't wanted accommodate. next week I have a fashion show I requested them that I am a old customer I really need it because I don't want to wear glasses for that day . No one want to help at all .really disappointed.

Black female that helps you pay for and pick your frames... is not happy with her job... since walking in and watching her demeanor on the phone with clients and even with my kid. Attitude, miserable. I call because I have to pick up glasses for my family and I was only notified of half of the pairs I need to pick up being ready, I was hung up on after when attempting to ask if all 4 pairs were ready so they wouldnt have to call me repeatedly. I was notified 1 of my pair were ready n just needed a simple yes or no if the other was ready. When I called back n told them I was hung up on and still needed the info, they transferred me back to her where she became upset again. I've never had a problem with this place till now. I’ve been going to Harlem Vision for some time, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in their service. I no longer have to wait for hours, and even picking up my glasses is quick and efficient. During my most recent visit, I was seated for only a moment before being called in. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and attentive. The doctor explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and I left very satisfied with my experience. I even received a small gift bag with my glasses, which was a thoughtful touch.

Harlem Vision has assisted my daughter for the last two years with her eyewear. Service has always been professional and accommodating. It’s wonderful to have quality services in Harlem so that we can support businesses in our community while also receiving the same level service as offered in other parts of the city.

They switched up me and my bothers glasses, we went there and told them to switch it,waited a week and they were done! Low and behold they were the same. We STILL had the wrong prescription and now we have to wait another week for it to be ready, also I got my first glasses there years ago and now my vison has gotten worse,my vision before glasses were pretty okay I just wanted them to see finer details but after putting them on over the years without them I can bearly see a thing and with them they're worse than they were before WITHOUT the glasses so..........
