If I could I would give this place no stars. So please Be careful with this pharmacy they’re giving to the patient animal medicine instead of human medicine. My mother almost passed away because of their negligence and stupidity. Absolutely awful. This is how people die, or get sick. And when you ask about their mistakes they kick you out because they don’t want to assume responsibility.

I've been going to this pharmacy for the last 10 years and the last six months they have a new management and it's been terrible. not only did they give me someone else's medication mixed with my medication. They're very rude and disrespectful. I called today to check on a prescription that was sent over two weeks ago from my doctor. I was just told by one of the pharmacist call back to speak to Mr. Pio when I asked who was Mr. Pio she said the black man That was so unprofessional and very racist. I'll be careful if I visit this place and put my trust in such a pharmacy that describe people as the black man they will give give the wrong medication. Because of the thought of Black people

Great pharmacy experience. My dermotologist sent my skin care prescriptions in to them at my request and when I arrived, about 30 minutes later, it was ready. The male clerk at the counter was courteous and pleasant. I did not see the actual pharmacist, but he or she filled my rx fast! I live a few blocks away and opted to use this rx instead of my normal rx on 92nd & 3rd ave, which is quite far from home. I'll use Harlem Rx, INC more often as long as they provide good service and keep the meds I need in stock. This Harlem rx is a community gem, still standing amidst the awful big bix companies like cvs, etc. I wish them many more years in service to the community.
