I had a pleasant experience! The staff from the front desk was extremely nice and welcoming. My nurse was caring and so helpful and extremely helpful. My ultrasound tech was a patient tech who was extremely knowledgeable in what he was doing! He was focus and determined to rule out anything negative. And finally my doctor she was excellent who was training her PA. They both were excellent listeners & understanding and caring. But, more important they had a solution to address the issue at hand. There going to address the issues that needs to be resolved! So I recommend to anyone who’s looking for results this is the place to go. I’m all about results! So on that note! Life is good! I can only say that the staff and Dr. Lau are absolutely phenomenal, demonstrating professionalism, kindness, and expertise at every interaction. Their attentive care and attention to detail have truly exceeded my expectations. Not a place for anyone with renal issues. As we were made a 1pm appointment and it was 3:30pm and still weren't seen. Fir your information we arrived at 11:30am giving them more than ample time. When we asked them if they were on schedule they said yes when infact the lady in the front admitted that they had over booked, we then requsted to speak to the manager when she cam out to the front we expressed our frustration explaining that the patient had been on 14hrs of NPO (no food) and that wasnt cool that at the very least someone should've cane out to let the patients know that they were behind schedule and that they had over booked. The manager also said that shes not just the office manager but one of the nurses aswell. That in my opinion is considered an unsafe medical facility. Being

The experience was great, the staff was amazing and Dr. Koh was phenomenal. She is very knowledgeable regarding the procedure and provide full details of each step taken. I experience very minimum pain and was able to move around the next day. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the waiting area and wait I ng time. My appt was at 11:00 am. I arrived at 10:15 am and wasn't call until 12:30 pm with no where to sit.

Dr. Rivera wasn't sensitive and rude. He kept telling me I was taking my medication wrong even when I repeatedly told him I was taking what was directed by the ER doctor. He kept telling me to differ to my PCP when I was directed to him BY my PCP. He told me I needed to go to see Urgent care after the exam because I was nervous and my blood pressure was up. The tech, Brianna, and the front desk ladies were extremely nice and were the only reason for 2 stars.
