I’m in the ER at NewYork-Presbyterian right now and just found out they only have latex catheters. I have a latex allergy — so what exactly are patients like me supposed to do? Catheterization isn’t optional in many cases, and using latex on someone with an allergy can cause dangerous, even life-threatening reactions. This isn’t a rare or obscure medical concern. I signed up for a trial to support science and feel taken care very well. The employees informed me, responded to my questions, we joked as well, ate a cookie, generally it's fun. Before bigger blood drawings I get a personal text message reminding me to eat well and hydrate well. Well organized study. I can stop anytime for any reason.

I go here for physical therapy & it's a nice place. My therapist is a wonderful & patient person. She doesn't try to rush through our sessions, & my progress is improving with each session

I went there Bc I needed labs for a procedure and everyone was so pleasant and helpful but most of all the Nurse Audrey, wow what a doll. She went above and beyond for me. She made sure she helped me with everything I needed and gave me her number Incase I needed to follow up. Just a beautiful soul. I love this clinic. Thank you!!
