Hardin County Health Department

Personally I have always had a great experience at this office! The staff is always friendly and they are very good with my 3 year old. The appointments always go by quick and they are very informative the entire time. Today’s appointment was no more than 10 minutes in and out, and they gave my son some Halloween goodies! Very thankful for their help and resources. Great office and staff!

Absolutely the best health department I have ever been to. I moved here from Florida and was having trouble getting my daughter's vaccinations changed over. I called this office multiple times and every single time, anyone that answered was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. When we went in for our appointment, my daughter's prior doctor's office had still dropped the ball, and the two ladies in the office (Marie and one other) worked with me until everything was resolved. Great staff, clean waiting room, and just an all around great experience.

I'm visiting this location for my kids' immunization records Ms. Sendy is so nice and she's giving right away copy of record to me.

Everyone we dealt with was amazing! Jessica was the sweetest person and made sure to explain everything completely! She went above and beyond! She even printed out and highlighted relevant info to answer all of our questions. Pam was amazing and so nice!

I’ve had to call a couple times as I’ve recently moved to Hardin county from Jefferson and needed help with WIC. Janet was who I spoke to both times and both times she was incredibly disrespectful and rude, she spoke down to me and refused to help me. Based off my experience and the reviews I see, I’d avoid this place at all cost. Messed up that we’re supposed to trust our health and the health of our children in such disrespectful individuals.
