It’s unbelievable that such a large hospital provides such degrading service and that the nurses are so poorly prepared. I honestly don’t know where they studied, or if they simply hate their jobs, but this was the worst experience I’ve had in my life. Also, make sure you ask in advance how much your treatment will cost—and insist on a clear answer—because they’ll confuse you and then send you a $900 bill just for giving you or prescribing an antibiotic. It’s unbelievable. Honestly, it’s the worst place you could go. Please look for another clinic, find somewhere else, but don’t go there—they’ll rip you off.

If you want to get turned away don’t go here! I was in a lot of pain and called my insurance to ask them what urgent care I should go to. They referred me to this dirty, crusty & musty hospital! What kind of urgent care requires you to make an appointment???? It doesn’t make any sense. ZERO COMPASSION! My insurance never disclosed that I needed an appointment. I verbalized this to the front desk and they still turned me away.

Never heard of an Urgent Care that needs an appointment. They didn't want to take me and directed me to the ER that has a 7 to 14 hours wait for a abdominal pain and discomfort and was hard for me to breathe. Probably would of died in pain before one is seen. Ridiculous!! What have California Healthcare become?!!!

I came into the emergency room screaming in pain my wisdom tooth in the bottom in the back had fractured and became infected & swelled my left side of my face to the point I was disfigured. I literally was desperate for relief. I was immediately hooked up and placed into a bed and provided the appropriate medication & got me over to a surgeon hospital to have my wisdom tooth extracted. They drained the infection out and successfully removed the tooth. I am at home recovering and feeling much better than I was before.

First, on the web site urgent care stated “walk in welcome”. Therefore, I walked in early to be seen. However, to my dismay they do not take walk in even though there were less than 4 patients in the waiting room. I request an appointment and received one 5 hours later. Upon my return, I gave my symptoms of severe pain on half my body for 5 days, unable to sleep due to pain. After being seen I was prescribed Tylenol with no testing. I told her I’ve taken ibuprofen for past 5 days with no relief, nurse advised if I wasn’t satisfied I can go to ER. Why should I go to ER if I am already being seen by a doctor? Is it the ER doctor more competent? I am not sure of the logic behind waiting in their ER for an additional 10 hours to be seen again for stronger medication and testing. Seems no one
