My daughter and I have been patients at this office for about two years, so this review is especially disappointing to write. I had an appointment scheduled for a crown and was told upon arrival that I needed to pay $1,200 upfront before the doctor would even see me. I asked a very reasonable question could the doctor first confirm that my tooth was actually eligible for a crown? Which she actually stated that it was eligible for a crown 6 months ago and even gave me the order but the crown had actually came out. I was then told I would have to pay an additional $68 for an exam before she could even determine that. Today, November 18, 2025, my child had an appointment with the dentist. On the day we registered our child at this clinic, we were told that the appointment and dental examination would be free, and that the payment for the root canal removal could be arranged in installments. We sent the relevant documents to the clinic. All these days, our child has been waiting for his toothache to finally end. Today, we arrived at the clinic with great hope, but the receptionist informed us that the appointment and examination would be paid! Apparently, this is a tactic by this clinic to lure patients in for an appointment and then charge them. We wasted a lot of time getting to this clinic from across the city. Came here to get my children’s teeth clean. the lady is was extremely disrespectful, rude aggressive to my child and had negative words with my child. The Lady who was supposed to be cleaning her teeth, got so upset and was irritated she told my daughter, “I don’t have to clean your teeth. You can just leave.” Not sure if it was because of race, gender or what. Then I called to try and reschedule, they informed me that she’s no longer welcome, but didn’t tell me this in person. I also have a recording of the entire conversation from the time my children walked into their office till the time they left My child left in tears. They speak in Spanish, not realizing that we understand Exactly what they’re saying. They talk about you like trash. This place is extremely racist if you’re not from

My son had an amazing dentist appointment today . Nice clean service . No waiting at all . 10/10

I love this place and I’d give it good review the people who are hating is because they don’t listen to the damn instructions. Grown people who simply can’t listen to instructions the dentists gives them which leads them to ruin their OWN teeth. And give a bad review without even realizing it’s THEIR own fault. I’ve had another molar removed two years ago and the process did hurt which is completely normal but after the procedure was done I was completely okay and fine and never been bothered with the tooth because I listened to the papers this beautiful kind-hearted lady gave me. I just got a procedure done today and I’m feeling very relieved that it was rushed and good. People say it’s “ rushed” in the bad comments but do you really wanna be in pain for a whole hour? You’d still complain
