Terrible experience, very rushed, fastest cleaning I have ever had. Powered through in 10 mins with the power washer, didn’t even use the steel dental pick that all other dentists have used. No flossing. When I refused the x rays, that I already had 7 months prior at another dentist - they couldn’t do any “work” on me. After I got to the chair the hygenist said let me make sure your insurance approved this before I start. They already had my insurance info before the appointment. Stay away, don’t go there. They will mess you up take advantage of you

My partner had a very concerning experience with this dental office that I feel is important for others to know. My partner and I both had dental surgery on the same day, and while my experience was thoroughly professional, my partner’s care was severely lacking. I had two impacted wisdom teeth and one other that needed removal, which required oral surgery. My dentist ( Oral & Facial Surgery of Virginia ) was exceptional in providing pre- and post-op instructions, pain management prescriptions (including hydrocodone, ibuprofen, chlorhexidine oral rinse and amoxicillin), and a care kit that included ice pack, gauze, and tools for cleaning my gums. The follow-up care was thorough, and I felt well-supported throughout the entire process. In contrast, my partner had eight teeth removed in one
