Happy Pets Vets - Cypress Animal Hospital

I took my puppy here for his vaccines and had such a great experience! The staff was very friendly, patient, and clearly knowledgeable. They treated my puppy with so much care and made sure he felt comfortable the whole time. They explained every vaccine, answered all my questions, and didn’t rush the process at all. The store is clean, organized, and has a nice selection of pet supplies too. I really appreciate the warm customer service and the way they genuinely care about animals. I’ll definitely be coming back for future visits. Highly recommend!

RUN FROM THIS CLINIC!!!! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Happy Pet Vet Clinic and feel obligated to warn other pet owners. I booked an appointment only for an ultrasound to confirm possible Cushing’s disease. I arrived with recent blood work from Antech Labs and radiology scans from a referred clinic. Instead of focusing on this, Dr. Ansari immediately shifted the visit toward dental issues and insisted my existing labs were “not sufficient,” pushing new tests from a “special lab” without a clear medical explanation. While I was emotionally distressed, I was quickly presented with a $1,348 bill, framed as a “discount,” and reassured that my dog was in “amazing hands.” Under pressure, I agreed. Looking for affordable shots for my cat, I called Happy Pets Vet and was greeted by a pleasant voice, welcoming my questions and offering to schedule the quickest and most convenient appointment time, which was the next day. The receptionist was forthcoming about the services offered and the prices, which were better than reasonable. The doctor was careful and considerate in his examination, and the shots were quickly and seemingly painlessly given. Excellent service and advice. Highly recommended.

UPDATE: PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM After weeks of requesting records and being told they didn't exist, I received an email with a html file that stated my cat was a canine and went on to state information that could only be obtained through examinations that were not performed. Everything was misspelled and it was in no way an actual record, rather, it is CLEARLY a quickly created text doc with no factual information. I contacted happy pet vet on January 29th as I was concerned about our cat who had been intermittently vomiting for 3 days and for 24 hours refusing food. I contacted them as they had an advertisement stating online at a full exam was $10. Upon arrival I was told that the $10 full examination only applied to prepayment by phone. I had such a great experience at Happy Pets Vets! They treated my cat, Mauricio, with so much kindness and gentle care. He can be a little nervous sometimes, but the staff was so patient with him and made sure he felt safe and comfortable the entire time. You can really tell they love what they do and truly care about animals. I’m so grateful for the amazing service, and I definitely recommend Happy Pets Vets to anyone who wants their furry babies to be treated with love and respect.
