Hannaford Pharmacy

I’ve used this pharmacy for several years, and I’ve consistently encountered issues with unresponsiveness and unhelpful customer service. Unfortunately, these experiences have occurred often enough that they seem to reflect the pharmacy’s standard level of service. I hope to avoid using them in the future.

They're always on point and reach out when something important needs to be conveyed. Very kind people, very fast and clearly hard working

This pharmacy is very disorganized. I have requested refills in the app that either don’t go through, or don’t get filled. Nothing seems to be in order. I’m not requesting cookies, I’m requesting medication that my doctor prescribed for my health. The pharmacy needs to get their act together. They are dealing with people’s health, and they take it very lightly.

Rob and his team are great! They are quick to wait on you and try to save you money with your scripts. Just a nice, friendly group and so conveniently located. 15 years of going there I have never been disappointed.

I had a question regarding my script, so the pharmacist came over. No introduction or greeting and she seemed absolutely annoyed for the whole minute we interacted. I was literally in the middle of speaking when she decided the conversation was complete and walked away. Luckily the tech apologized on the pharmacists behalf and completed the conversation. Never had an interaction like that with a professional adult before.
