Switching from CVS only to be told that I can’t pick up my prescription till tomorrow because they have this 14 day policy. What a waste of my time.
It seems they close at 2pm and stay closed on Sunday? We were turned away just before 2pm but it wasn't mentioned that we could come back later or that they would open back up. So which is it?
Pharmacy is usually reliable, but this time definitely not. I requested a refill on my medication last monday. Called my specialist and left a message on friday. Heard back today a week later. Turns out they didnt send in my request until after my specialist closed on thursday. A full 4 days later. I ran out of meds Saturday because they waited so long. Unacceptable.
I have been given the run around by pharmacy not automatically filling my prescriptions. Either it's not in stock or I get calls saying it's ready and is not. I was lied to twice yesterday.
The pharmacy team here is always more than happy to answer any questions. My husband and I shop here and have a lot of questions about different baby stuff like diaper rash creams stuff like that in the pharmacist is always extremely knowledgeable
