Hands Up Occupational Therapy

Truly an exceptional experience. I have been getting hand therapy for 3 months and it has been great. The staff is very knowledgeable, very personable, I feel like I have known them my entire life. They explain everything to you so you truly understand the process. From my initial intake with Pepie, through my therapy sessions with Kelsey, Kristen and Christian it’s was a truly exceptional experience. Scheduling was easy and accommodating, the office is clean and comfortable. The atmosphere reminds me of a barber shop where everyone chats with everyone.  If you injure your hand there is no where else you  should go. 10/10 recommend

I fractured my elbow last fall and needed surgery, leaving my dominant hand nearly unusable. The team at Hands Up, especially Kelsey, made a tough recovery much easier. Kelsey is an absolute magician with occupational therapy - her deep knowledge, empathy, and creativity helped me push through even the most challenging and painful moments. She was always in direct contact with my surgeon, fully understood my injury, and tailored each session to my needs. Kelsey developed clever tricks to help me cope, checked in regularly, and made every session feel supportive and hopeful. Her warmth and sense of humor turned difficult therapy into something I looked forward to. The practice itself is welcoming; Pepie, who runs it, made sure I felt cared for and even created a custom splint for my travel

I had a really amazing experience doing PT for many months at Hands Up. Kirsten was so attentive and knowledgeable and really knew when to push and also encourage me to rest throughout my healing process. I was grateful to have had her support throughout my recovery and would highly recommend Hands Up for anyone who is seeking hand therapist professionals.
