HROSM is outstanding! Dr. Kerner is a fantastic doctor. Having been a patient of his for several years, I have recommended him to anyone I know dealing with similiar issues. He takes time to explain things and just has a great caring nature of others. An expert in his field. His staff are exceptional as well!! I was asked to come in two hours before my appointment other wise I would not been seen. After arriving 25 minutes after being told this I was made to wait in the waiting room until my actual appointment time an hour and 35 minutes later. Then after being taken into the back I was made wait another 45 minutes. After all this the doctor came in and afforded me a total of 6 minutes of actually being “seen”. He asked what my pain level was and where I was hurting, I began to explain my history in relation to my injury where upon he stated “I do not care about all that bullshit”, and “I only want to know where you feel hurt”. I’m pleased with HROSM because they took time to hear the issues I was encountering before suggesting a treatment. I appreciated the idea of getting imaging done to confirm or decide against treatment based on what would be seen on the scans. Thank you HROSM

Dr. Kerner was very thorough. He took the time to examine me and explain what was going on with me. I really appreciate that he didn't recommend treatment when it wasn't necessary.
