Hamilton Mill Oral and Facial Surgery

The entire staff at Hamilton Mill Oral Surgery, from the receptionist to the doctor and everyone in between, are amazing. Everyone is pleasant, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The doctor speaks candidly and clearly and provides a comprehensive overview of what can and cannot (or will and won’t) happen. Each time I go there it is the most pleasant experience (even when I had extractions done). Collectively and individually, the staff make this one of the best doctors offices I have ever visited.

By far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The lady dentist that pulled my tooth was an angel. I was so scared and she made sure I had no pain and went at my speed as far as readiness and was so fast and efficient while working! I’m amazed. This place is so great. All the staff is so professional and kind!

I'm upset that I didn't remember everyone 's names so I could mention them specifically! So everyone I met today at my first visit was awesome; from the young lady a check-in, to the young man, and young lady the took my weight, and vitals. The doctor was very informative, plus friendly! What a Win/Win.

If you are a Veteran don't make the mistake of going to this practice - Hamilton Mill Oral and Facial Surgery (Dr. Cardona). They want numbers and people in seats. They are not concerned about any customer satisfaction. I first showed up for an extraction (Sept 22) and instead of being treated I was told that I needed to schedule another appointment for the surgery and I would have to continue in pain. I went to the next appointment(Oct 3) and they took out my tooth but it was like social hour at the club! Idle chat and conversation in Spanish, while carving my tooth out between Dr. Cardona and her staff. I returned the next week (Oct 8) for surgery check and complained of the sharp edges. Dr. Cardona polished one corner off and it felt better. They said if I needed some more take
