As a father of 3 daughters, we’ve been with Halvorsen Orthodontics for many years. Two of our girls have completed treatment and have beautiful, confident smiles and our youngest has almost finished her treatment process. From the start, the team made the entire orthodontic experience fun and welcoming. Lauren and Tayla always set a positive tone, Debbie made coordinating appointment and financing incredibly easy and flexible, and Carolyn and the assistant team were patient and genuinely caring every step of the way. The experience at Halvorsen Orthodontists was fantastic from beginning to end - the care my daughter received was exemplary and her smile is now so bright and happy. But the thing I rave about most is the incredible customer service - everyone at the practice is lovely. They know you and your child. When you come into the office you are always greeted with a smile; they take the time to know your family. The staff makes payments easy and they clearly put time and effort into making this a good experience- from the free electric toothbrush and all the goodies they give when the braces go on to the birthday texts and personalized phone calls, I cannot say enough for these wonderful professionals. And the thank you note they had my daughter write to me when the braces came off made me cry. T
