Easton Pediatric Dentistry

I used this establishment of dentistry care for my two children for several years. Last year, I attained more knowledge about fluoride and requested to no longer apply moving forward. The dentist, Charlene thought it was a good idea to undermine my decision. She proceeded to question my reasoning in front of the entire staff. I was questioned, if I was concerned systemically or topical? This question was extremely insulting, unprofessional and crossed personal boundary lines. I, as a mother have every right to choose the extent of care. It’s ironic, in order to administer fluoride you have to give signed consent. So it waives any liability to the dentist. Yet, she thought nothing to make an attempt to make me question my decision making for MY children. I also had an issue with insurance.

It’s a phenomenal office! I am a dental hygienist for over 13 years, and I specialized in pediatrics for many years. (I never worked at this office.) I was my kids hygienist until last year. As most parents know your children listen to others better than they listen to you. 🤣 I did my research and found this practice. We’ve had three visits so far. My kids love it! Every person that works here is exceptional! I’m so thankful that my kids are well taken care of.

Have been taking my girls here since they were first cutting teeth, and now my oldest is now 15. Dr. Pirner is fantastic - honest, to the point, and like her hygienists, has wonderful bedside manner. Reception is always friendly and helpful, and making appointments is an automated breeze. Would highly recommend!
