Efficient, friendly, and quality care! Everybody was top notch, from the dental assistant who took my x-rays, to Dr. Victoria who did my exam, to Alyssa who did my cleaning. Great people all around. I went on a day when the front desk employee was out sick, and the rest of the team were able to keep things running smoothly. The office is also clean and high-tech; their x-ray machine creates 3D renders of each individual tooth, which gave me confidence that they didn’t miss anything. Will repeat here!

I just had to re-do my review below. As mentioned, Dr. Fields is a good professional. Yesterday he called me out of the blue and apologized for my bad experience. He also let me know about the steps he took to avoid a repeat for anyone else. I change my review based on this exchange and based on experiences prior to the review below. "I've always liked Dr. Fields' professionalism. He deserves 5 stars. However, a new doctor told me that I had to do an X-ray, without any explanation. Today I refused, due to lack of consideration, even though I understand the reason for the asking. A simple politeness and explanation, would achieve a positive result. No one is forced to get any treatment they don't wish to get. A simple bedside manner would do it, rather than a forceful "have to". Here is my

Dr Fields is the best as is his staff. No over treatment going on in this office. If you have an issue you are given all of your options and free to choose. Highly skilled dentist and the entire office has great personalities!

Dr Fields is a great dentist who loves what he does and employs people who do the same. His assistant Carol is my neighbor and that is how I started being a patient. What I thought may be a temporary dentist (I was in between at the time) has grown to become my "regular" dentist for years now! Well worth the long drive across the state for me!!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They caused me so much pain and suffering. I will never step foot in this office ever again. I ended up at Mass General facial surgery due to negligence on the dentist’s part (Easton Family Dental.) I had 6.5 months of a growing infection in my mouth, I tried calling them for help, they were rude, would not fit me in any sooner for this emergency situation. COVID is absolutely no excuse for what they’ve done to me. I am disgusted with how I was treated, especially while having a severe connective tissue disease. My surgeon in Boston even tried to call them multiple times with no response from them. It’s obvious this place just doesn’t care about their patients.
