Saw NP Patricia and she as absolutely amazing. Took lots of time checking my injury and getting down to the bottom of what was going on. I haven't had a medical professional take that much time or be as compassionate as she was. I can't recommend her enough! Also, Kim at the front desk was lovely as well

I thank everyone who was at the Expresscare! Kim at the window was so genuinely sweet & so nice, she made me feel comfortable in a strange place for me. I also want to regonize all of them. If youre looking for the worst urgent care, go here! I dont have insurance, I pay out of pocket and when i called they told me it would be $130 out of pocket. To start, Its over an hour and a half wait, which i expect when I go to urgent care. I had severe strep throat and after i paid the $130 they took me back and took a swap of my throat. The RN saw me for maybe a minute and was condescending the whole time. She assumed what pharmacy i wanted, when I asked her to change it she seemed exasperated and she never sent the medication to walgreens. I had to call front desk many times (half the time they dont answer) the front desk lady was the only positive experience in the whole establishment. And she helped me get it changed to the walmart by my house, however no one called to inform me an

My provider made me feel like my health truly mattered. She was kind, caring and informative. I appreciate the ease of online scheduling and checking in online with registration. I highly recommend this center.

Clinical team were polite, professional, and thorough. I appreciated being seen quickly and felt my medical issues were fully addressed. After beginning the medication I was prescribed yesterday, I am already feeling much better and am on the road to recovery. Thank you!
