Worst experience with scheduler/secretary “SHERRY”! She hung up in my face and yelled “Are you ever going to let me talk because I have a line and need to get to these people first?” What?? I’m in line just like these ppl but I guess I’ll have to come physically to get more help! I asked if I can file a complaint and she said the office manager will be in touch and she didn’t ask for my phone number… I asked if I could get the office managers email and she stated “no because she doesn’t have one” I said “ so your manager downs have an email as medical professional?” She literally huffed and puffed and then gave me the email this is insane! This office has been dragging me in circles in regards assisting with diagnosing my daughter for autism ! She knew I was frustrated and instead was so r

Kristen is the best. She's treated all 3 of our kids since birth and we couldn't be happier with her and Dr. Ahmed.

I love Dr. shields she is amazing, as well as the other doctors and the girls answering phones always do there best to help you with whatever you need, I never have to worry about if a referral or prescription is sent in either this office is on top of it

Dr. Shields is great. Very caring and kind. Patient with my son and easy to share concerns with. This practice has gotten much better this year with many new doctors and providers. The office has always been nice but suffered from not having enough providers to see kids in a timely manner. That seems to have recently improved. I hope it continues.

Absolutely LOVED our experience. They got us in quick for an appointment and as a first time mom with a 1 month old, outings can be overwhelming. The nurses and front desk staff were SO beyond kind and helpful and overall I left their stress free. The pediatrician (Dr Shields *AMAZING*) and nurses really take the time to get to know you and your baby and I felt so cared for during our first visit. Would recommend them to absolutely anyone looking for a pediatrician office in Ormond Beach area.
