Yesterday, I had an unexpected dental issue and had to visit a dentist without an appointment. Living in a different state, I left for Atlanta at 5:30 AM and arrived around 9:40 AM. Without an appointment, I was prepared to stay the whole day, but the office manager kindly offered me a time slot after 5 PM, which made me very happy. The doctor and staff quickly confirmed the seriousness of my condition and provided emergency treatment. I am sincerely grateful for this. I believe the true essence of medical practice lies in the warmth and care directed towards the patient. The phrase from the medical code of ethics that says patients have the right to receive treatment, and doctors must do their best to provide it, comes to mind. My family went through four different dental groups in approximately six years, before finding Doctor Pyon, because we were sick of bad work, rude staff, and shady/cheating practices. Doctor Pyon has been our dentist for a few years now and we have no regrets. The office staff, dental assistants, and Doctor Pyon are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They always provide the best and friendliest service to me, my husband, and our daughters!

Dentist is knowledgeable and patient. The staff is attentive and considerate. They work with your insurance and prioritise the work you need so you don't have to pay too much out of pocket or walk out with a super bandaged jaw.

Would not recommended their services, not only do they overcharge but I have had to come back multiple times to get my teeth redone.
