I have never been so impressed with a dentist office. The level of customer service is unmatched, from the moment I called to make an appointment to the appointment itself. Everyone was so kind and friendly and the office itself is welcoming. If you're someone whose nervous about going to the dentist this is the place! I also liked that they were very transparent about the process, prices, etc. I've already made sure my significant other has seen them and have scheduled an appointment for my son to start seeing them as well.

I had such a great experience at this office. Brittney, the hygienist, was absolutely wonderful — she was incredibly informative, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and explained everything in a way that felt supportive and completely non-judgmental. She took the time to talk through her concerns and recommendations without making me feel rushed or criticized, which I really appreciated. My cleaning was thorough yet gentle, and it was easily one of the best cleanings I’ve had. The dentist was also excellent — professional, kind, and reassuring. Together, they made the entire visit feel calm, respectful, and genuinely patient-centered. You can tell they care about both your oral health and your comfort. Hagerstown Smiles is great! I came from Florida from a very conservative Dentist and they’re very welcoming little bit more up-to-date but I wanna tell you that the care they give you there is like The best I’ve ever had and they’re very sweet and work well with you. I am very thankful that they’re here and also that I wanted to say that they’re gentle as can be! Also, I got my cleaning today, which is a few months later and Lily was just wonderful. I will be keeping her as my cleaning person In Hagerstown, she was just very careful and made sure that I was comfortable the whole time🥰🤩 Also, I noticed that people will always pop in and make sure everything‘s going OK so that if somebody needs help they get it when they’re working on someone and I think that’s just amazing for an organizati

Very pleasant atmosphere. A well kept waiting area and reception area. All of the ladies have great smiles and great personalities. My Doctor was very pleasant and knows his stuff. And he listens to his patients. Looking forward to my next visit.

This place is amazing! I was actually visiting family for the holidays in Hagerstown and my crown popped off and I would not be home to Texas for a few days to see my own dentist. Hagerstown Smiles was able to get me in same day! Dr. Brandy was great and she got me all squared away. The front desk lady was so sweet and accommodating and the office is a beautiful calm atmosphere where I was able to relax. (for someone who HATES going to the dentist). Would definitely recommend to anyone.
