Let tell you, I have dental anxiety anytime I go and I needed a root canal and filling, first new dentist, our dentist of many years stopped taking our insurance, two I was terrified. I made my husband go with me for support, but I really didn’t need him. Dr. Sung made my visit one of the best dental experiences I had ever had. From start to finish, he was thorough, skilled and in my opinion fast. I cannot say enough good things, he has a warm and kind demeanor about him and that is important to me and the staff was amazing and patient with me!!! Definitely recommend to anyone!!!!

I finally found a dental practice I can call HOME. Clean, professional, on time and KIND. They actually worked with me to LESSEN my out of pocket costs and all the work they’ve done in my mouth has produced excellent results. These people have HEART and I feel like I want to invite them to Easter dinner with the rest of my family, lol. I will eagerly recommend everyone I know switch to this practice! Excellent first visit!! I had my first visit yesterday and was extremely satisfied with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk was welcoming, efficient, and helpful with paperwork. The office itself was clean and comfortable. The hygienist was gentle, thorough, and made me feel very relaxed. The doctor was professional and friendly, taking the time to answer my questions. They clearly explained my treatment plan. Overall, it was a smooth, positive, and professional visit. I highly recommend Gilbart Dental Care of Hagerstown to anyone seeking a top-notch dental practice.

1st visit was warm and welcoming. Front was helpful with new patient paperwork. Hygienist was great explained everything she was doing. Had to return the next week for a 2nd visit and everyone was as helpful as the first visit. Will be returning for my 6th month visit

Now Prime Dental with Dr Sung- I originally had an appointment with Gilbart but they sold the practice. I was so nervous. Dr Sung was FANTASTIC! Went above and beyond to take care of all my needs. My nerves were cured and issues resolved. Can’t wait to bring my kids here as well! Highly recommend!
