Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care PLUS - Wyckoff

Dr. Dellapi and the entire team at Hackensack Urgent Care in Wyckoff were outstanding. This was truly the best urgent care experience I have ever had. The staff was caring, compassionate, and incredibly understanding from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I am very grateful for their professionalism and kindness. Kudos to Dr. Dellapi and the whole team!

My girlfriend woke up with severe abdominal pain. We had read about the urgent care plus from a Hackensack Meridian magazine we received in the mail. Went in website reserved at 9:45 spot and were taken ontime. The care was wonderful. Staff was excellent. Shortly after we got there a gentleman walked in that wanted to be seen. I stepped out for 15 minutes and when i got back he was not longer in the waiting room. I would highly recommend this place. So much better then going to ER.

I hate to write this review because the women at the front desk were so kind and helpful. However, I saw Dr. Shailendra Bhatnagar and it was a traumatizing experience. I came in because my right ear was clogged with ear wax, expecting a decently easy removal. I've been told by multiple people that ear wax removal is fast and does not hurt. Dr. Bhatnagar aggressively scraped my ears, telling me that "it's going to be uncomfortable" when I told him that it hurt. He then moved on to water irrigation, and when I told him that hurt as well, he said "it's just water." I started crying a little from pain and being overwhelmed and he did not ask if I was okay. He also took over 20 minutes to return after giving me the softening drops when I was told it would be 5 (this happened with both ears). I

This place is a hidden gem. Wyckoff Hackensack Meridian Urgent Care. There was very little wait time, an ER doctor, Dr. Bhatnagar,Nurses, XRAY, CT SCAN. After enduring Waldwick's "not so urgent care" packed into a crowded waiting area, this place is excellent. I was able to grab a few groceries at Stop and Shop snd my prescription at CVS. Excellent place for top medical care.

I had the best experience I have ever had at a doctor’s appointment! Dr W was incredibly patient and thorough as he listened to all of my symptoms and medical history. He was compassionate + made me feel at ease during a stressful time. After all of my tests and labs came back he relayed the results quickly. He then checked in on me and made sure I was following up with the appropriate doctors and wanted to make sure the medication prescribed was helping. I will go back here without a doubt! Thank you so much.
