Midland Family Dental Care of Wyckoff

The experience at Midland Family Dental was incredible! I am doing Invisalign with Dr. Vanderminden. She has made the whole process so smooth and transparent. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The practice is so clean and they have the newest equipment to ensure the highest, most comfortable care I have ever experienced. I would recommend anyone in the tri-state area for any dental needs!

I completed my initial visit today with Midland Family Dental Care of Wyckoff and had an excellent experience with Laura who welcomed me upon arrival and explained what was scheduled, Caroline the dental hygienist who took a panoramic film, four bitewings, did prophylaxis including scaling and cleaning, and Dr. Puccio who did an oral evaluation and set up a plan for me. I found everyone to be inviting, professional and cordial. I definitely will be returning for my next checkup in six months.

The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by the friendliest staff and I was seen right away. Dr. Puccio gave me a thorough oral exam and was able to relax my dental fears. The office environment was state of the art and very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Puccio!

I’ve visited a few times for cleanings, and from the beginning, I did not have a positive impression due to the receptionist’s attitude and lack of clarity in communication. Last month, I received a call asking me to come in for an appointment — one that I had not scheduled. I was actually scheduled for August. I ended up leaving work early based on that misinformation, which was both inconvenient and frustrating. Today, I was scheduled for my long-awaited cleaning (which I had booked six months in advance), and just before my appointment, I received a call informing me that I could not be seen unless I agreed to have X-rays done — something I was never told in advance. This kind of last-minute change is not acceptable, especially after such a long wait.
