Miller’s Pharmacy customer service was absolutely amazing to deal with. I had medicine that they were filling, and I had a problem with FedEx and the delivery. Miller’s Pharmacy took care of it immediately. The next day I received my medication , customer service was outstanding. The medicine was packed so well so pleased with their service. Highly recommend this pharmacy

I’ve been using Miller's of Wyckoff for a few months now, and I am very pleased with their service. Their delivery is always super fast, and the packaging is durable enough that everything arrives in great shape every time. I had a couple of minor hiccups recently, but they were so quick to jump in and fix things. It’s great to deal with a team that actually stays on top of stuff. Huge thanks to Joanne as well; she reached out to tell me my order was on the way and even checked in the second it arrived to make sure I got it. It’s those little personal touches that make for great customer service, which is not always easy to find.

First, I am so glad to have a compounding pharmacy with great credentials that has been around for decades Second, live human beings answer the telephone! And, best of all, the company and its employees are helpful and responsive. Case in point: I not only received shipping information within 1 day of the doctor placing my order, when I accidentally deleted the tracking information, James sent it to me right away and followed up the next day by phone to insure that I had received the medication. That’s almost unheard of these days- and very much appreciated.

I would like to express the incredible customer service I received when fedex lost /held/ have not delivered my medication. Leon was the representative that helped me. He checked with the pharmacist and told me if I received the medication to throw it away and they were sending out a replacement at no cost. This was on Monday at lunch. I received the replacement medication today which is Wednesday. I still have not received the in transit package. If you have any issues I suggest you call there customer service department because they will resolve your issue. I appreciate your exceptional service

Miller’s pharmacy is awesome! The communication is great and they are quick to answer. Any questions you may have. Always friendly. And medication’s arrive in a timely manner. Jo in Customer Service is especially helpful! She is on the ball. I had a question about the arrival time of the medication as I was departing for a trip and she followed up with me and continue to check on it even when I had not requested her this. This extra mile she went really speaks to their level of Customer Care
