H-E-B Pharmacy

I went to pick up my prescriptions 24hours after the doctor had sent them. It wasn’t ready and they asked me to come back in 30 minutes instead of doing it right there. Said I should’ve called them and unless they can’t prepare them. Dies it make sense? It was just two weeks ago that my doctor had send another prescription and it was ready in 2 hours and I got a few calls until I picked up next day .

So many times my mom has gone to pick up medicine or I've gone to get it, and they say it'll be ready the next day because of a different pharmacy having to send it in. They change their tone whenever she or I inform them that it was expected to be ready today, or we got a call saying it was ready and now it's not. Something needs to change.

This pharmacy just has bad customer service. They don't reach out through text or call if there's an issue. It starts at the top. I've spoken to the manger and you can see how the bad customer service is allowed.

I have been here three times, in one day. This wait time is ridiculous, I miss my old location 77084. Never had issues like this. I think I am going to take the drive back and get my medicine there.
