This pharmacy has the option to go in the store or pick up at the drive thru. Both ways are convenient and quick. I always receive a phone call when meds are ready. I recently went to pick an inhaler for my mother in law and the pharmacy tech noticed it was pricey and asked if we had insurance after informing her that it was cheaper with a discount card. She told me she could change it to another brand and it would be cheaper. Took her 10 min to do the change and it went from $45 to $15.
They alway check to see if my medicine works together ❤️
Bad. 3rd time they make me wait 45 min and when you finally go theres a HUGE line then when is finally your turn they instead make you wait 20 to 30 min. more because its still not ready. Worst place ever .. always leave with a headache!!!!😡😡 dont know how no one complaints and has all those stars.
The employees (partners...because in case you didn't know HEB is an employee owned company) make the pharmacy AND store. Helpful, sweet and knowledgable!
