Hands down the best doctor ive ever had. Trust Dr. Z with not only my life but the lives of my children. He listens to what you have to say and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. He truly cares about his patients.

Nothing but great experiences here! I don't know what things were like in the past but since I've been a patient the office staff and medical staff have been amazing. The staff listens to your concerns and does everything to address them so that you're well taken care of. I would recommend 100% to anyone who asks me for a referral.

I know everyone’s experience is different but for me this text box isn’t big enough for the amount of complaints I have for this office. I was VERY patient with them & I just don’t want to waste my time typing all of what went wrong . Dr.Z was a great Dr to have during my pregnancy though <3 ! I’ve also never been one to participate in reviews but the ladies in the office need to do better!! Not sorry.

WASTE OF TIME!!!! DON’T BOTHER IF NEW!!!! They take insurance info and say they’ll call back bc I’m a new patient. After almost 2 weeks I call to check status and they inform me they’re not accepting new patients. Make it make sense Dr Benjamin Zertuche!!! The doctor and staff need to do better.

Worst doctor office I have ever been to. Sherry and the medical assistant are amazing ( sorry I forgot your name and I would probably spell it wrong). The office staff talks about patients behind the desk. They are rude to patients, show no professionalism and their office manager is the worst of all. They don’t care about your concerns. Their solution for deescalation is sarcasm, attitude and gossip. Even better they don’t use gloves when they draw your blood.
