H-E-B Pharmacy

HEB Pharmacy off Whitestone in Cedar Park. They have made the mistake of charging my husband for prescriptions that should have $0.00 copay by running it without insurance for some reason. They have given us a refund before but denied us another time because “we didn’t catch it.” This was the same woman I saw today! I didn’t catch her name but she is an old white woman with frizzy white and grey hair with an attitude problem and a chip on her shoulder. Karen attitude with a dash of holier than thou. Not only does she yell out all of your personal information to everyone but she also corrects you and belittles you any chance she can! I dropped off a prescription and I asked if she would be able to tell me my copay at this time, she immediately gets a defensive and belittling tone, proceedin

When my car broke down while I was in line, they were extremely kind, professional, and supportive. They offered me water, placed cones to alert others, and ensured I was comfortable. Their compassion truly made a stressful situation much easier. 🥰

Feel like I'm in the hunger games competing with stockers and professional shoppers. It'd be sweet if this could be done at night.

Love coming to HEB! Their products are nice and fresh! They recently put Pokemon vending machines and that’s an extra funness to shopping here! :)

Worth customer experience with Eric(k)a, this incompetent person just waste peoples time and try to harm you instead of help. Please evaluate and educate this person with her knowledge and customer support skills. She just dont know her job, which is sadly. Overall this pharmacy is good but spoon of tart complete spoil barrel of honey.
