Often times of there is a wait in the drive thru, there's no one inside in line....pro tip - go in.

They are often extremely rude and have been constantly of years.

Heb Pharmacy is by far the most organized & timely pharmacy I have used . At another local chain pharmacy I would have delays getting routine meds filled & cost was inaccurate on several occasions. At Heb routine meds have been filled on time , new meds filled quickly even if they had to order them & they have been accurate on billing .

I went to pick up a few prescriptions for multiple family members. There were only 2 cars ahead of me in line, not a long wait. When I got to the window, I gave Cherish the names and birthdays, and she came back pretty quickly with the meds. Then I needed to ask a couple questions, and thats when I started feeling like I was a major inconvenience to her. She was short with me, not at all friendly, and kept disappearing from the window to do other things. I understand they may be busy, but her attitude made me feel like I was wasting her time. I didn't even finish asking my questions. I don't think I'll be going back. We'll likely switch to CVS.

Drive thru usually takes awhile, crowded. Sometimes it's quicker to run inside. But, the service is always good.
