Exceptional and compassionate care from the get go. The front desk staff, Daisy and Andrea were very professional and efficient. Sejla, the medical assistant is so fun and skilled at what she does. She eased my son’s anxiety and made sure to provide him with an ice pack to place on the injection site. Madison, the PA was very sweet and kept us informed about everything. Gwinnett Urgent care has been our family’s urgent care provider for some years now. THANK YOU!!!

Do not come here. I brought my mother in today and we waited over two hours in the waiting room before she was even taken back, followed by another long wait to see the doctor. This clinic is clearly being run with one single staff member that is responsible for triage, injections, X-rays, IVs, and everything else while working with two doctors. I am a NP and I would not expect any of our medical assistants to be treated this way! I was told they were extremely understaffed… I’m wondering why…. Watching and hearing one single employee BY HERSELF run nonstop saying “okay,” “one minute,” “I’m trying my best” was upsetting. She even said she had not been able to step away to use the bathroom all day. These are inhumane working conditions that directly affect patient care. This is a managem

The care was great, there was a bit of a wait due to low staff but I was made aware as soon as I got there. I was also given the option to wait in my car. The whole team did an amazing job at communicating from beginning to end. I would much rather wait here for less than 2 hours and pay my flat fee than for anywhere else with longer wait times and surprise bills.

This is honestly one of the best urgent care practices I’ve been too. Staff is friendly, and Dr.Perry is awesome! They are quick and efficient. Clean practice as well. The therapy dogs are so cute 😭

No way the original owners are still here. Awful experience… the “doctor” seemed timid and completely unsure of himself. He was shaking when looking in my ears and made me very uncomfortable. Will NOT come back here.
