Gwinnett Urgent Care & Family Practice

Today was my second time visiting this clinic. So far I enjoy coming here; the doctors and the staff are very professional, they have treated me with respect. The doctors are great they explain to you in details the tests results and what are your options. They are also. They are very fast they don’t keep you waiting for a long time. I also like the fact they are very fast when it comes to sending medications prescription to your pharmacy. So, if you are looking for a great clinic who would sincerely help you with professionalism, than this is the one, ,trust me, you won’t regret it. If you would like to see for yourself how professional they are they schedule an appointment you’ll see what I’m talking about. All in all, great doctors and staff!!

I truly appreciate the care I’ve received here. The staff is consistently prompt, attentive, and compassionate. They take the time to listen, which makes each visit feel supportive and reassuring rather than rushed. It feels less like a typical urgent care and more like a dependable lifeline when it’s needed most.

The receptionist and the technicians were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. The doctor understands my concerns and provides treatments promptly. He also discussed the causes of my health issues and gave medications and exercises to remedy the problems. I am very touched by his kind and caring manners.

My experience with gwennett, urgent care and family practice as always was magnificent. The staff walk you through every process and are so polite. They are able to meet you on whatever level is needed. And as well , they are very detailed oriented noticing , even the smallest things. I felt as though I am blessed to have found them.And I will continue to go to them as well as introduce others. I have never left without a understanding of what is going on in my situation. I would like to thank them for everything that they have done for me in my family.

Do not waste your time. This is a money grab. From the moment I walked in the door they were more interested in giving me itemized fees for my service than actually completing the service. I had an incomplete, in the lobby visual exam before being told to go back to the doctors who original did my services (stitches). I literally left, went two blocks over and had the same service completed in less than 20 mins for a third of the price. I’m not looking for sympathy, but if you’re going to serve the community don’t try to extort them in process.
