Took my father here back in 2021-2022 and we got letters saying we owed money because our insurance didn’t pay for it all which happens however we had taken care of that. To my surprise I get a call a few days ago from a Debt collector saying that I still have an outstanding balance. I remember calling during 2022 to ask about billing and they said they were all over the place with numbers and organization and I thought all was taken care of but to get a call years later about a balance is unacceptable. Also trying to get in contact with someone from billing is always difficult because they don’t have set hours. They’re either there in the morning or the afternoon.

Dr. Traub is a real gem with a heart of gold and excellent bedside manner. However, the office staff is extremely underwhelming! Their attitudes are awful, especially over the phone! Andrea was adamant about my mom having the office staff to get her on the phone when my mom calls so that meds can be ordered for my mom’s next appointment. However, when my mom called and tried to get Andrea on the phone, like she was so adamant about when my mom was previously at the office, she received the runaround and the most unpleasant attitudes. She was merely persistent about them putting Andrea on the phone because that is what Andrea instructed her to do. Got a bill for someone else for $695 - says my insurance was cancelled - don't they verify they have the right person and that they have insurance . Called to get it straightened out and got transferred to Jennifer's voicemail which says she is out of the office for an extended amount of time and talk to Liz . Called back and operator didn't know Jennifer was out for an extended period and said Liz was in clinic . I asked if Liz was billing or a nurse .. she said a nurse but they work as a team .. So no wonder billing is messed up if the nurse is doing the billing and since they are a team the billing person is doing the nursing... wonder how well that is working .. suspect the nursing is as slipshod as the billing then .. I had called and left voice mail asking to speak with doctor or have him answer a couple questions about this surgery he wanted me to get, and his nurse left me a voice mail telling me I had to come in to see doctor if I had any questions. Yes, for questions. I guess so I would have to wait like a herd of cattle for an hour or 2 and then see him for 10 mins and bill for $250. NOW, I get a bill that I paid for back in Dec, and I have called 3 times and left a voice mail stating that I paid it already and to call me and let me know what is going on. No return call yet. Its been over a week that I called the first time. Also physician therapist gave me wrong advise and I was to start my therapy all over again. I dont think so.. I was done.
