Guthrie Sayre Walk-In Care

I was suffering from a tooth ache horribly. The dentist said he wouldn't pull it unless I had been seen first. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Had my tooth pulled a few days late and now no more tears. God bless them, the infection- abscess was horrible. The person that I saw was kind and understanding.

Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable, listening carefully to my symptoms. I was in and out in under an hour with very little wait time even though the waiting room was standing room only. I was very impressed abd would definitely recommend.

I was seen within minutes and evaluated. All staff were kind and compassionate and gave me quick evaluation and treatment.

I’ve used the walk In Clinic on several occasions. I found the personnel extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. Ivme been in for colds and just recently for poison ivy. I’ve always been treated with respect and courtesy. I’m glad this service is offered when my regular dr visit cud take longer to get in to be seen. Thank you , walk in clinic for being available for the little ailments in life.

I went there yesterday. I have a severe pain in my ribs when I cough. I strained or pulled something bad. Possibly cracked a rib. I told them that I would like to make sure I didn’t have a rib fracture. The PA didn’t even look at my area where the pain is. Didn’t do any tests or x-ray. Told me it was likely an intercostal tear and prescribed a steroid. Zero physical assessments done. I paid $50 before being seen and now they say they are sending me a bill for $260. All that for not listening to me, not performing and type of assessment to determine what is wrong. Just guessing and sending me on my way with nothing to manage pain. The pain is a 7 at times. Complete rip off. I will never use them again.
