Gundersen Moundview Pharmacy

I switched to this pharmacy after not being able to get a certain prescription from Walgreens. Walgreens was always out of stock. I even had to travel to Middleton at times to get my meds. Since I started coming here I have had no issues getting my meds. Always have had a good experience, friendly staff. I have called and left a voicemail, and received a return call and/or text when meds was filled and ready. Usually the same day. I have not experienced any of the issues others have stated. Would be 5 stars but no drive thru.

Preston is extremely rude. I feel sorry for how horrible his life much be if he feels the need to be rude and hateful towards patients. Healthcare is not the line of work for you buddy, pick a career where you can be jerk. Thought maybe he had a bad day, nope just really dislikes people. I already did send a review from when I filled the first time because you guys emailed wanting a review. So now here I am writing it publicly because clearly he didn’t get a much needed attitude adjustment the first time around. I’m sorry not sorry but to watch a full adult play games because he has a tiny bit of power because the people need their meds is some of the most pathetic things I’ve ever seen.

You can't actually leave messages like the answering machine claims and good luck dealing with them and insurance and your doctors. Been two weeks of calls every day trying to get it straightened out and still can't get what I need. I've never had these type of issues with any pharmacy. And they never follow through with calls they claim they'll make or handle the issues so you can hey what you need. I need a cgm to live and can't get them from them especially if I try to pay out of pocket.

I've had issues with pharmacy. some of the employees are wonderful

The staff is rude and unhelpful. I understand that it's difficult to handle mental health cases but damn, give someone a chance before calling the cops.
