ARIA at Villa Pines

The facility is always warm and inviting. Staff greet you when you come in, provide the best care for their residents, they genuinely care. CMS star rating is excellent. Great survey history and leadership.

Staff at Villa suppoted beyond expectations the birthday party for a friend of mine who turned 97 recently. On Sundays when I go to watch Packer games with her, kitchen staff is so gracious about bringing her box wine from the kitchen cooler and filling our Sherry glasses - just once. Staff is so supportive and encouraging! My friend has lost her home and many possessions but she has made new friends that welcome her old friends. I always feel welcome when I visit.

Villa Pines is an excellent facility where the staff are friendly and truly care about their residents. The food looks and smells delicious. I have seen the staff interacting with others many times over the last two years and would highly recommend them for the care of your loved ones.

My sister-in-law has been a resident at Villa Pines just over a year. They are taking great care of her and she seems to be happier than I've seen her in a long time. It's clean, the staff is friendly and fun, and they have fun activities for the residents. I'm so thankful she is at such a nice facility.
