Guilford Immediate Care

Jennifer is amazing at caring and treating her patients with the best care intentions and knowledge. I have never left with an unanswered question. In fact all the associates from the front to the back are very kind and professional. To add in the fact that the facility is always very clean and decorated in the sweetest way.

Waited 30 minutes for a doctor to come in and see my child. They called in a prescription to Walmart. I went to Walmart and they hadn’t received it yet so they told me to call guilford again and ask them to send it in. Whenever I called the person who picked up asked me what I needed help with and I told them that Walmart told me to call and have them send in the prescription again due to many errors this week in names. Whenever I told the lady this she said okay let me checked then I hear her ask someone if they had called in my son’s prescription. She put me on hold before the other person can answer. She takes me off of hold and tells me they just sent it and I asked nicely if they could send it again because of the errors that Walmart had told me about. She then says the doctor is busy

The staff are always so nice and they’re able to work me in pretty quickly. I’m never waiting for too long. The doctors listen and they help me the best that they can. This is the only immediate care I go to!

Saw NP Jennifer and I love her! Came in for an immediate care issue and was so impressed by not only the office but Ms Jennifer as well that I’ll be transferring to her as my PCP. Very clean and efficient office.

I didn't have a primary doctor. Had not been seek for two years.. dr hadid was great and t as liked straight with me. All attendants there were great!! Thanks. D. Gibson
