I was giving a massage with this place as a gift. I setup my appointment for Dec 1st @ 11am. I received a call at 10:50 am Dec 1st stating that Denise had to reschedule because she was sick ok fine. Fast Forward my new rescheduled time was for Dec 15th @ 3:15 only to arrive to a empty building.. I’ve made several calls and left voicemails and has yet to be contacted by someone. Horrible customer and an even more horrible way to run a business. So I urge anyone looking into this place for service to go somewhere else because I promise you, you want be serviced

Only gave 1 star because I had to in order to leave a review. My husband booked me a massage for a Mother's Day gift and they called to cancel my appointment the day of my scheduled appointment. Told me they only had 1 person working there & she told the receptionist to cancel all of her appointments. I am no longer looking forward to going and will not be rescheduling. Very unprofessional.

I had a very lovely experience with Denise.The aesthetics of her place is very organized and beautiful.It felt like home and it felt very relaxing and smelled amazing.She is very professional and she created a genuine and authentic connection during the experience.

Ms. Denise was amazing. She was welcoming and her energy was good! She’s great at what she does and I’m glad I came.

Called to make an appointment and receive terrible customer service. I do not even feel comfortable going in. I simply asked if I could make an appointment and was told to go the website. I ask if there was any possible way I could schedule the appointment on the phone. I was told "no I just told you to go to the website.
