G's Dental Studio - Cedar Park

I had an amazing experience at G’s Dental Studio! I came in for three cavities and a crown replacement, and Dr. Jain and the hygienist were so compassionate and gentle throughout the whole process. They kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable the entire time. The team was very accommodating, and I didn’t feel any pain at all! I truly appreciate how caring and professional everyone was. Highly recommend G’s Dental Studio to anyone looking for a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients!

Do not come here — unless you’re feeling very lucky. This office’s high rating clearly comes from the previous owner, not the current one. I strongly advise against coming here. The level of disorganization alone makes this place unsafe. I had a deep cleaning split into two visits. During the first visit, the hygienist’s technique was acceptable, but the equipment was extremely outdated. They couldn’t even take X-rays. That alone should have been a red flag. The second visit was unacceptable. A different hygienist didn’t even know which side needed to be cleaned and started working on the side that had already been done during my first visit. I had to stop the hygienist and point this out. Only after checking the records did the hygienist realize the mistake. The anesthesia was clearly

I had a crown placed here one year ago and came back today due to an issue. G’s Dental Studio at 12920 W Parmer Ln STE 101, Cedar Park, TX refused to help. The front desk said there was no warranty because the doctor who did the work no longer works there. No assistance, no responsibility. I spent a lot of money and was completely dismissed. Very disappointing service. Be careful and think twice before using this location.

Giving 1 star because there is no zero-star option to add a review I have been a patient at this office for several years, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. Ever since Dr. Hristina and Dr. Alex left and new doctors and staff took over, the quality of service has gone downhill. My appointment was canceled without any notification. I arrived 5 minutes early, and the front desk said they could not find my appointment. I showed them the confirmation email and message they sent 2 days before, and I had also completed the COVID questionnaire. They then claimed they had called me a week earlier to confirm and since I didnt answer they cancelled the appointment. I didn’t get any call I showed my call history, confirmation email, and reminder messages, including one sent

It used to be great when Drs. Alex and Hristina were running the place. After they sold it, it has been terrible. They can't get their schedule together, their hygienists are always calling in sick, they rescheduled our appointments multiple times. I'm looking for a new dentist.
