Only giving one star because I have to give at least one! Same as everyone else they waited until last minute to call to reschedule appointment August 21 to September 23. Horrible wreck and traffic was stopped. I called the office and receptionist said it would be fine to be there by a certain time. I walked in at that time and was informed I had to Reschedule because I was not there at exact appointment time! Funny thing is NOBODY else was in the office waiting. Maybe the provider just didn't feel like doing his assessment. But bottom line, I should have gotten a call right back and told not to continue wasting my gas to get there. What a freaking joke and no consideration for people. I can understand had I not called before the appointment time however I DID CALL.

My son ran out of medication when they went on vacation without notifying patients or tending the phone in their absence. I called several times over a week without being able to get ahold of anyone. My mom ended up going to the office in person while I was at work because we weren’t even sure that they were still in business. They apologized and filled the prescription and I gave them another chance. They filled my son’s prescription for half of his actual dosage and he ran out of the medication before the month ended because of that. Not the place you want to take your child to because as of now they have less providers & I received a call from my doctor whom referred my son that this place closed the doors meaning no longer in business so I was referred to another place. With not trustingly knowing 100% that this place is still open I decided to investigate them make calls but never received a call back from them yet they and the phone the day my son was scheduled but with me not knowing for sure whether open or not I cancelled them was asked if I could come in next day but with the transportation situation rn I needed to be sure I could make it there. Similar to every other review, I was unable to get a hold of their office after calling several times. The day before my daughter’s appointment, the director of their program called me and canceled it letting me know that the provider would unexpectedly be out of the office. They rescheduled her for September and He told me that he would be giving me a call back the following Monday to see whether or not they could reschedule her for something sooner, However, it’s been two weeks and I have still not received a phone call nor have I been able to get in contact with him.
