The doctors are top notch and very knowledgeable and friendly. All of that is great until one runs into the office staff. Darlene is often rude and unsympathetic to the needs of the patients. She more concerned and collecting money than the overall health of the clients. Just today she hung up on me when I inquired about my dental paperwork. Definitely a black eye on an otherwise great practice!

Dr. Grilli, Jr., is truly excellent in his field. He is also very kind to and respectful of patients, always carefully explaining procedures beforehand. Very gentle, he also is conservative with procedures, doing what is necessary to keep teeth healthy but not recommending unneeded, more radical work. Very lucky to have a dentist of this caliber available to us in this area. The entire, high quality staff also reflects his kindness and respect to patients.

The most impressive dental experiences I’ve had have come from this practice. Everyone here is kind, experienced, and honest. I have severe anxiety issues and this was the only practice I’d trust to numb up my mouth and fill a cavity. They let me ask as many questions as I wanted, and calmed me with their confidence. Normal teeth cleanings etc are also always a good experience. Very impressive! Would highly recommend.

I went to this office from about 1993-2011, they're the reason I'm an adult with no cavities. They took great care of me as a child. Since I've moved I now realize the bar has been set high for any other office I go to.

Very professional and does not suggest work that is not needed or expensive just to inflate the office visit. I only wish there was a way to offer discounted fees for self-pay/non dental insurance members.
