I really don’t understand these comments. First of all Peggy in the front office is a very nice woman. Always has the time to spend with you and answer any “money issues”. Doctor Vu is wonderful. Very friendly and thorough. Vickie the dental assistant tells you what’s going on and makes small talk to relieve stress and make the visit pleasant. I don’t understand how anyone would have negative comments about any of the three. That is 3 excellent professional women.

Most of the staff in the office is very kind, though I recently got some fillings here, and the procedure felt very rushed. After the first filling cured, the dentist and assistant became annoyed when I said my bite didn't feel right the second time they made adjustments. For my last filling, the dentist didn't even ask if my bite felt normal and suggested I come back another day for adjustments. I now have an abrasive ridge along the side of my tooth and I'll need to take another day off of work to fix the issue. A very unprofessional job.

Didn't even get to make it to see the dentist because when I called to schedule an appointment the lady on the phone was so snappy and rude I couldn't even make it through the questions before I hung up on her. She does not need to be answering the phone for ANY establishment. Possibly the rudest person I've ever had answer the phone in my life.

Not friendly at all. From the front desk lady to the foreign dentist. Very inconsiderate of the little kids. Does NOT explain much to the parents and talks to the children like their adults as if they understands.

Very nice people got me in as an emergency the minute i called as a new patient. Will definitely be going to them from now on.
