He failed to meet my first appointment,though his office said he would video call me that day, his office told me to try calling him ,he never answered. I made 2 more videocall appointments ,which he never met. Finally weeks later he called me, on the phone only, not video and seem to rush me. I asked him if trying to lift something heavy with the conditions reported on my mri, would rusk further injury,he expressed he does not have a chrystal ball and cannot see into the future. I found that answer neglected my concerns though I expressed pain and dysfunction in my spine withdaily basic movements .
