Gregg's Pharmacy

I’m a Type 1 diabetic, visiting Garrett County. I was desperate for help, because my One Touch device was not giving me glucose readings; I was in extreme distress. The pharmacist, Tom, was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! I will use Gregg’s Pharmacy every time I return!

I wrote a not 100% positive review about this place and had some interesting results. The day after I posted my review, I received a call from the pharmacy. I was more than happy to speak with them and try to resolve any problems I had, however, that's not how it went. I voiced my issues and was yelled at and told I'm a liar. I was also told they would rather my 75 year old mother deal with my medication because they know her( I'm 45 years old). My biggest issue is the pharmacist always gives me a problem filling my ADHD medication. I never get it early, I put my refill request in 5 days before I run out (per doctor and pharmacy request) so I don't have a lapse in medication. My doctor and I wanted to try a different medication, but my doctor wanted it filled before my regular medic

It was explained to me that they could not refill my prescription for my dexcom sensors because I have other prescriptions at a different pharmacy and I did not want to transfer them to Gregg's. I think that's an absolutely absurd policy for a pharmacy to have.

Ive been doing business with Gregg's for many years and not once have they gotten my prescriptions correct. When my doctor changes my prescriptions, the pharmacist does not delete the old one and then the next time i have it filled, he fills the old one and not the new one and then argues with me about it every time. I am sick of fighting so I have transferred all of my meds to Amazon, better pricing, better service, free postage and no fighting.

Friendly, busy and courteous service. Usually have the meds you need or mobility accessories.
