Garrett Regional Medical Center

Visited the ER with a shoulder injury. The medical staff was great. Dr. Nnadike chatted with me and my daughter and brought up our spirits. The team's experience with my injury was evident, they administered just the right amount of anesthesia and quickly took care of me. Highly recommend Garrett Regional Med Center. Hopefully the bill isn't too bad :)

I cannot say enough good things about the team at Garrett Regional Medical Center. The nurses and staff all treated me and my baby like family during labor, delivery, surgery, and recovery, as did my Doctors from Cornerstone and Wellspring. I will be forever grateful for their expert care and compassion!

I've been here on numerous occasions for blood draws and xray. Everyone is polite, friendly, efficient and prompt. I've never had to wait for any services I received. Thank you! God bless you.

Very slow. I told the one lady she blew my vein and still continued to put the cat scan dye in me and it hurt so bad and I yelled out and after it was done she grabbed my arm and went to flush it and I told her again and she did nothing so I showed the one guy there and he took out my IV and said she blew it also they couldn't ever get a stick in me and they never got the ultrasound machine for veins out so I was stuck over 6 times.... I'll never go back there again and my husband gave me a kiss before he left to go home and a nurse went and told the head nurse we were making out which was a huge lie. So I asked to talk to the head nurse and explained that was a lie and wanted to know who said that so I could file a grievance but never got her name or anything or anything to fill out abou

Billing Dept is the worst ever!!! 9 months after my surgery I suddenly receive an extra bill for another $600. No explanation. I was in the middle of moving to another state in July 2024 and sent them a change of address. I tried to pay online, but it kept saying I didn't have a balance so I assumed the insurance had finally paid. I received one letter from them in Jan 2025, now I am getting emails at my workplace from a collection agency that is one of the worst in the country...they not only harass people, but they sue them. The agency also currently has over 650 lawsuits against them at since the beginning of 2025. So I see how it works!!!! Instead of helping, you make matters worse!! Worst billing dept!!!
