I’ve been a loyal patient here for years and have never missed a single appointment in my entire history of dental care—until recently. I moved and changed my phone number, which led to a single missed appointment because I didn't receive the reminder. The staff clearly had the means to reach me, as the receptionist called my wife to get my new address. However, instead of using that contact to resolve the communication gap or rebook me, they simply used it to send an insanely priced no-show bill to my correct address. When I called to explain the situation and requested a one-time waiver based on my perfect attendance record, they were completely unwilling to help. I was recently removed as a patient from Dream Dental due to 2 missed appointments. This is valid if I actually missed those appointments. I only have knowledge of missing one appointment which was the one that I was being called about. Not only did they cancel all of my future appointment but also advised me they would be canceling my husband and son's appointments as well. My husband nor my son (who is 6 years old) have missed any of their appointments. I think that this is a ridiculous policy to reprimand every member of a family for one family members missed appointment. I have had several appointments there myself and with my son. I recently had my 6 months cleaning and I'm always impressed with how the staff of Dream Dental continously provide courteous, professional, friendly service! Appointments have always been spot-on punctual, and thoroughly conducted, with all questions answered and concerns addressed! Dream Dental has a very nice facility with easy, labeled parking. I won't trust my smile anywhere else!

The staff at Dream Dental is friendly and very professional. They are very accommodating with scheduling and especially emergency needs. Dr. Jenkins and her staff are very skilled and put you at ease during procedures. I would highly recommend!

Dream Dental is a great dental practice with a friendly atmosphere which takes the edge off of going to a dentist. I have been a patient there for over 10 years. The staff is very professional, accommodating, and will have a conversation to make your experience even more comfortable. They even have Saturday hours for those of us who don’t like miss work. I will continue to go to Dream Dental even though it now takes me over an hour to get there. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Jenkins and her team for your next visit.
