I have been here 8 years it has been a positive experience, and I have come a long ways. They're doing a great job Theresa, sana,.hanadi and Hala and Daniel,memory. I would recommend it to anyone 🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️

The concierge/ admission lady hanadi is sweet from the first time she saw me she was so friendly she makes sure I'm happy with everything I need and visits me almost everyday it's like I've known her all my life love ❤️ you HANADI 🍿😀

Ms Hanadi Hamad was very polite and helpful in every way if I could give her stars I would give her 5 along with the manager Sana, Sara a mariam,said Andaman plus all therapist plus my case worker all been good to me especially Hanadi luv you

My 93 year old Dad was transferred here from the hospital for rehabilitation in July. Substandard does not begin to describe his experience. He was there for 9 days and physical therapy was only done once after I questioned why he wasn’t being treated. He was never showered or bathed. I talked to the nursing supervisor on the 7th day and she assured me that he would be showered. The central air is not working and the window air conditioners do not provide sufficient cooling. The room was only big enough for 1 patient but he had a roommate. There wasn’t even a chair in the room for visitors. The only person that was caring and helpful was the social worker. She completed the paperwork quickly for me to transfer him to another facility.

This place is disgusting the rooms are filthy the residents are not taken care of and management sweeps everything under the rug the build6has caught multiple fires and when I came in for a walk through overhead the residents saying they had no hot water for a week a straight I asked to speak to the administrator but he was to busy to listen to my concerns they have had several deaths in the past couple of months from what I overheard from residents as well this is the most disturbing setting I have ever seen this place should be shut down immediately I met with HR instead of the administrator and she was completely rude along with some of the aides who sat on their phone the whole time while residents lights went off and the hall smells like urine and other bodily fluids please investigat
